General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A business is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase agreement is concluded with Martin Wamsler, Germany.
By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the checkout process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are processed by us in Germany and fulfilled through a logistics and fulfillment partner located in the United States, from whose warehouse the goods are stored and shipped to customers.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for concluding the contract is English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions in text form (e.g., via email). For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online after the order process has been completed.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Any applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner located in the United States.
We ship orders using postal or parcel delivery services. Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.
Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
When placing your order, you provide your credit card details. After your authentication as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is charged.
PayPal / PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.
After placing your order, PayPal will automatically process the payment transaction.
Google Pay
To pay via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have activated Google Pay, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction.
Apple Pay
To pay via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, have Apple Pay activated on your device, authenticate yourself with your credentials, and confirm the payment.
Additional payment methods may be offered during the checkout process.
6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the delivery carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately.
Failure to report the damage will not affect your statutory rights or warranty claims. However, your cooperation helps us assert our claims against the carrier or shipping insurance provider.
7. Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty rights apply.
The limitations of liability do not apply to claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

8. Liability
We shall always be liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

where liability is mandatory under applicable product liability laws
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations caused by slight negligence, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of its conclusion.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or purchases made through this online shop shall be governed by the applicable laws, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
